The Evangeline Artists’ Cooperative held their third annual retreat on Oct 12-15, 2017 at the Mersey River Chalets in Caledonia, Nova Scotia.
Some members attended a watercolour painting workshop with local artist Roger Savage on Saturday, October 13th.
Some members chose to paint inside...
while others took advantage of the breathtaking scenery at this location to paint en plein air.
All members enjoyed the dedicated time to indulge in their passion for painting. Many members took photos for future inspiration and some have sold paintings on the subjects they were inspired by at this beautiful location.
Everyone had a chance to sample the delicious food provided by members.
We are in the planning stages for 2018.
